It is about the group of competitors in which your champion at the time of the competitions will be.

The categories are established according to criteria (by order of importance) :

• Of sex : men and women never confront themselves
• Of age : junior, seniors and veterans
• Of height : small, average and tall

If one takes the example of the contest “Super Mass” open to all the categories :

1. The competitors will be divided between men on a side and women of the other
2. For each sex : one separates by categories of age and size
3. For each subcategory (ex : senior/man/average size) a classification is established
4. A winner all categories (ex : a man all categories and woman all categories) is designated
