Surface represents space total in your club, in square meters. Contrary to the reality where it is often necessary to buy a nearby room or to move to increase, in eMusclor all is simple : it is enough to buy 10m² moreover and those will be directly usable. At the beginning of the game, you have a modest room of 50m², which makes it possible to place some machines and to accommodate a limited public.

Space to build...

If 50m² is sufficient to place the Dumbbells and Barbells of the beginning, that quickly proves too narrow to integrate certain Club (like the ventilators) and certain additional rooms (cloakrooms, saunas…) ; without forgetting the Machines aussi as sophisticated as cumbersome.
It is possible to save place by reselling its old hardware but early or late, to increase its club becomes essential.

...and to accommodate !

A small room will be able to accommodate only one number limited members, under penalty of walking the feet. Extremely fortunately, everyone does not come to the same schedules. In addition, the sportsmen (that is also worth for your champions) hardly appreciate to feel with the narrow one, and it is always good to preserve at least 10% of free space to preserve an good atmosphere.

Cost and tax

On the other hand, this additional surface can be heavy in investments : if the first extensions are not very expensive, the price of the square meter increases with existing surface. To put it plainly, to pass from 50 to 60m² will be less expensive than to pass from 60 to 70m ², and so on.

Moreover, the taxes on land also increase with the size of the club, according to the formula : Cost = 500 + 1 * Surface.

It is thus necessary to take care not to increase too quickly !
