Champion : Height

The height is an important parameter, which cannot in no case to be modified. It is thus necessary to take care to choose it well with the creation of the body-builder.

Influence of the size

The size makes it possible to determine ideal muscular volume (based on the formula of Stuart McRobert): 90% of muscular development for an athlete of 1.85m thus represent a mass more imposing than the 90% of a sportsman of 1.70m.
This is why a high height gets a light advantage during the competitions, in particular on the muscular development mark.

On the other hand, to reach these 90% will be longer and more difficult for the tallest, and thus more expensive. The trainings take it in consideration to establish the gain in muscles : the taller the champion is, the less it progresses for an identical effort.

It will be noted that in reality, the majority of the champions are of medium size (between 1.75m and 1.80m), with notable exceptions like Arnold Schwarzenegger (1.86m) and Free Colombu (1.65m).
