Parallel Bars

Gymnastics is not the only sport where the parallel barses are used, and the fitness adepts will not fail to practice there famous “dips” (Dips for three reasons :
- This exercise requires at the same time strength and flexibility, and thus makes it possible to test oneself (rare are the beginners to be able there to be exerted)
- This simple support also makes it possible to model its shape in a different way (in particular by stretching the pectoral muscles), and thus answers a preoccupation with esthetism
- Frofessionals of athletic fitness will find a good hardware of drive there to develop qualities (power and flexibility) essential in their performance on scene
On the other hand, this movement is traumatizing enough for the shoulder joint, and must be carried out with prudence.
It should be noted that a dips machine, reproducing an quasi-identical movement while allowing for choice of its loads, also exists.
