Triceps Dumbbell Kickback

Requiring a simple light Dumbbells to be practiced, this movement makes it possible to congest the triceps and can be placed at the end of the workout, in long series and light loads.

Position of the body :

Upright, the ahead leant bust but owe it right, the slightly bent legs and the inactive arm resting against the bottom of the thigh or the knee.

Position of the hands :

Hammer grip (it is thus useful to use not very broad discs).

Movement :

ITo inspire during the downward phase and to endeavor to retain the load, to expire in a more dynamic ascending phase. Not there not to go abruptly to spare the elbow joint at the end of the movement.
