Triceps Dips

This movement is rather difficult (especially if one is heavy) and delicate for the joints. On the other hand, it is rather complete while utilizing triceps, pectoral and shoulders (Deltoideus, anterior part). It also makes it possible to gain flexibility and power, qualities very useful in certain disciplines.
It is also possible to be ballasted to increase the difficulty.
Position of the body :
Overhand grip on the sufficiently high bench (side back), feet resting on another bench located opposite.
Movement :
To inspire during the downward phase, to expire in a more dynamic ascending phase.
