Front Raise

Similar to the basic exercise “Side Lateral Raise”, this movement works primarily the Deltoideus, anterior part.
It can be carried out with two Dumbbells (alternate or simultaneous rise), with a Barbells, Low Pulley (simple)...
Position of the body :
Upright (or lying on an inclined bench, in ventral support), the bust quite straight (possibly resting against a wall), slightly bent legs.
Position of the hands :
Overhand grip.
Movement :
To inspire during the downward phase and to endeavor to retain the load ; to go up until the horizontal one (arm parallel on the ground), to expire and try to maintain the position one moment.
