Dips

This movement is rather difficult (especially if one is heavy) and delicate for the joints (mainly the shoulder). On the other hand, it is rather complete while utilizing triceps, pectoral and shoulder (Deltoideus, anterior part). It also makes it possible to gain flexibility and power, qualities very useful in certain disciplines ; body-builders will appreciate as for them his faculty to stretch out the pectoral.
It is also possible to be ballasted to increase the difficulty.

Position of the body :
